Delivery Measure & weight box missing.
Delivery choice on new listing.Business seller. No weights and measurement box. Appears but disappears in a couple of seconds. On laptop and android. I want to increase insurance for a high value item. Wasting a lot of time on this.

Mentor2 weeks agoJust include the additional insurance in your postage price you don't need to fill in all the dimensions etc. As a seller you will know what they are, so don't waste time doing that too!

Mentor2 weeks agoSurely as a Business Seller you do whatever you want, you do not use Simple Delivery.
Weights and measurements are not needed on listing, you choose your own method of delivery and level of insurance.
