Delivery for a specific date
A buyer has asked me if they can receive the item they just bought from me within a specific date range, starting 10 days in the future. Is there a way to arrange this?

Mentor4 months agoOnce buyer pays you are committed to the dispatch time shown in the listing.
Buyer should have contacted you before paying to arrange mutually suitable date.
This is not ideal, but better than cancelling, refunding, relisting, rebuying and paying again.
Depending on how buyer paid there could be a long delay in getting his initial refund.

Mentor4 months agoYour dispatch rating will suffer so it's best to cance/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement and relist nearer the time for them to buy again.
