Hi everyone,
I need some advice regarding an Item Not Received.
I shipped the item via Evri. The tracking officially shows as "Delivered" and includes a photo of the package left on the buyer's door (the buyer also confirmed that this was indeed a picture of the package in front of his door).
The buyer contacted politely saying that he has not received the packaged and he has opened a case with Evri. Right now it seems to be case of possible "porch pirate".
It seems to me that I have fulfilled my part as the seller.
Any advice from fellow sellers who have dealt with this exact scenario would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Mentor2 weeks agoAs long as the tracking on ebay shows delivery buyer will not win a "not received" case with ebay. The buyer contacting Evri won't lead anywhere. If they contact you again ask them to ask their neighbours in case someone has taken it in.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for your advice. I do feel bad for the buyer. It seems like he is very polite and genuinely did not receive the package.

OP2 weeks agoHi, The buyer has requested for a refund for item not received. But what I've learnt from eBay's via protection is that a signature is required for over £450 and the item was sold for £650.
Could you please kindly advise what I can do now? Thank you very much.
