Delivery address not accepted
Hello eBay users. I wanted to buy an item .In the listing the seller accept shipping internationally. So when I click buy now or check out.i get an error from eBay that the seller dosent ship to my address. I ask the seller ,that said she does ship. the message from the seller is this : They assure me that selling to Norway is enabled on my listing but the restriction that you see is coming from your end. Apparently your country will not allow this item to be imported?
Its only a coffee mug so I shouldn't see why this had any restrictions.
How to contact eBay to fix this? issue only get to a chat bot that dosent help.And since I haven't bought much here in a long time they will not get me in contact with an agent.
