OP6 months agoHi, Added my address in all 5 fields. It seems to be an issue with shipping to Jersey as I understand other local people were having issues too. Asked the suppliers to cancel my order then re ordered and worked for the two items I purchased. Both sellers were really helpful and put a lot of time into trying to sort the issue out

There are 5 addresses which need to be corrected

Has this happened with more than one seller?
Was it an item that needed authentication?
Does your address show up as the delivery address when you checkout?
Have you checked the addresses section in your account?

OP6 months agoto more than 1 seller it is when they print the shipping label my
address doesnt come out. It does show up when i order
