My ebay showing ‘late delivery’ and ‘print label’.

Don’t wish to lose my good reputation. Have gone round in circles to resolve without success.

Thank you for your help. I managed to contact Help by phone. Evidently a possible system error which could have affected others. Now sorted.

Was the item a simple delivery item? we need to know this as answers wil potentially vary.

Yes and Royal Mail supplied the label.

Did you get the label direct from Royal Mail or via the eBay simple delivery link then book collection?
