Delivered or not delivered

Question

Hi, an item i sold states with a green tick 'delivered'. It was deluvered 2 days ago. Further down the page it states 'payment pending - awaiting delivery'. Is this normal, when will i be paid, and why is it impossible to talk to a human....the AI bot is utterly useless.

Have you checked the actual tracking with the postal / courier service used? If that shows delivered then all is well, but payouts are not immediate especially if you are a new or returning seller after having a little break from selling.

eBay made this announcement last year as to how payouts are to be made:

From 6 August 2025, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months .
