Mentor3 weeks agoYou can't. The best you can do is mark dispatched by clicking on Get prepaid label > Print label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it). As an untracked item payment may be held for 14 days.
