Delivered but not reflecting

HelloI have delivered items to customers and its still showing dispatch overdue, i have tried adding tracking numbers but its not working and my store has been dormant for a long time, what can i do to resolve this

As a private seller it sounds like you didn't use the postage labels supplied via ebay. If so you can't change tracking number. You can message your buyers with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days.

If you want to mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > print label for the original prepaid labels. They will remain unused. You have free postage on your listings so you paid for the unused labels and you can get a refund here:
