hi the buyer has recieved the item but on my side it still is waiting for delivery ...so i cant get the payment ...what must i do

Mentor1 week agoIf you didn't use the Simple Delivery process, that is eBay's label, then your payment will be held for 14 days, longer if you are a new seller.
eBay wish to see not just that the item has been delivered, but as you are new, that no refunds will be made, so money can be held for 30 days.

Mentor1 week agoWhy is it still waiting delivery? The tracking say from Royal Mail can sometimes take a few hours to update itself here on eBay.
Did you use your own label and not a simple delivery one? In which case payment is paid after 14 days.
