Delivered
I sold an item on ebay and the buyer said they never recieved it, earlier i had a notification tha they recieved the item and even had the time and date they recieved it, took a screen shot so how do i report it to ebay.

Mentor8 months agoYour screenshot does not show the item as delivered, it shows as being received which is generally at a delivery office.
Checking the tracking on Royal Mail states it as still in transit Your item has reached Swansea MC and will now be sent to your local delivery office.
I would expect delivery later today or tomorrow possibly Monday

Mentor8 months agoIf the buyer has opened a case just make sure that tracking information is in the case.
That's how you report it to ebay.
