Hi, My question is that I ordered something to be delivered to an evri store location, but the seller is saying that it can't deliver there. Does that normally happen.

Without knowing the precise issue it's hard to suggest a solution.

Mentor6 months agoAre your address settings correct, so that when they print the invoice/post to packing slip it has the Click and Collect address on it? If so then the seller just packs and posts to the address you have provided. If however you have not updated these correctly then yes the seller is correct they can not then subsequently deliver there, they should always use the address provided by eBay (and the buyer).

Mentor6 months agoMany stores are now opting out of this Click & Collect eBay scheme as it's causing them too many problems.
Irate people some not knowing they have to bring a code or they have to pick up their item within 7 days, is resulting in items being left in store, for the store to then dispose of them as they wish, and angry customers to be dealt with.
Too mush hassle for little gain , and many now withdrawing themselves from the option.
This may be the case for your store ? 🤔
