Delayed posting of item sold
Sold an item today but the buyer doesn't want it sent until 1st September but eBay saying must be sent by 3 working days.

MentorAug 18, 2026 at 4:24 PMThe easiest thing to do in conjunction with the buyer ,is to cancel the order and get them to re order on the 1st/2nd September. Use the reason as problem with buyers address (this means no defects to either account). The problem you will have as well as eBay saying send in three days is if its a simple delivery label it would have expired by that point eg 1st September.
