I wonder if anyone has a solution? I had to cancel some sales and refunded immediately and explained reason to customers who understood. The reason being that I was was taken to hospital and had a heart operation, followed by a fall when I passed out afterwards and sustained fractures and breaks in my leg and a snapped ligament. I cancelled the sales when I realised I was going to be kept in hospital (2 1/2 weeks). My Transaction rate then went from above average to below average.I have appealed this and given the reason in detail, even offered to send copy of my discharge letter, but have been refused. I understood from notes on the site that one of the reasons for appeal is hospitalisation, but they now are saying it applies to postal disputes and weather! I can't believe this outcome, it is a slap in the face, my feedback is 100%. I am selling my personal collection of miniatures and some household items, my grandchildren's toys etc - I try hard to please buyers.
