Mentor3 weeks agoYou'd need to accept it back if your buyer has opened an eBay return then, when it arrives back if the buyer has damaged it come back here for advice on how to report the buyer and proceed.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the buyer opens a case for item not as described you have to follow the process or risk losing the item and the money.
At that point ebay sides entirely with the buyer. You may get the chance to appeal later.
