Declined return.
So, if a seller refuses a return and the item is supplied is incorrect, ebay closed the case and no appeal allowed. How is this fair?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou open a not as described case, sellers cannot refuse, or if they do you just escalate to ebay. All cases have to be opened within the terms of the Ebay 30 day money back guarantee. Once over 30 days ebay will not help.
Private sellers can refuse Change of mind returns, Which Does include DOES NOT FIT. They cannot refuse not as described. Business sellers have to accept all returns the reason for return determines who pays for postage.
