Deayed collecton
Hi I sold an item in June 2025. collection only. Buyer paid 8 July but has not collected (feb 2026) he has now decided to collect but I cant see the item in my sold items to update with collection code. How can I update collection info?

OP6 months agoHi, thanks, I am concerned that if I release the item without updating the collection code the buyer could claim that he hasn't received them?

Mentor6 months agoeBay only allow 30 days for claims. Banks etc. only allow 120 days. So they're out of time to get their money back. If they wanted a refund you'd have to issue as a payment.
You should be able to find the item on your sold list by choosing "Last year" in the period box, top right of list.

Mentor6 months agoIt's way too late to do anything via ebay's system. You just have to arrange collection between you.
