I recently just happened to land on a live stream that was coming to an end so they were throwing random items in boxes. I bought £45 worth of toiletries during a live; winning 3 auctions, only to discover later that they were expired. The seller told me it was said at the beginning of the live; but I didn’t watch it from the beginning; shouldn’t it be going across the screen the whole time? I would never have bid on them if I knew. While they’ve said they will accept my return because I bought them in 3 separate transactions but they were sent in 1 box I don’t want to have to pay to send 3 boxes back, plus I have no idea what was in which box.
i looked up the regulations from the shop online and there are some items that they sold me when it categorically says online they are no allowed to be sold past their expiry date.
I’m not sure what to do; I’ve also gone way past the 14 days return, but it was the 1st anniversary of my Dad passing away and I have been having a really bad time and just forgot there was a time frame to send them back.
Also when I emailed the business asking about combined postage they said they don’t know how the buying side works so I’d have to ask EBay help, but eBay help said to make arrangements with the seller?
Has anyone had something similar happen? I feel like such an idiot. I assumed they were end of line products not expired ones.

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedI do not know if rules are different for on line auctions, but the normal return time is 30 days to open not as described case, when seller would have to provide one return label for each case opened.
As far as I can see returns are the same as usual..
