Dealing with Missing Orders and Tracking Issues
Ebay is useless as you cannot ask questions other than AI which in my case is absolutely useless. I ordered an order as a guest despite having an ebay account. It has gone past the delivery date. When I track the order it keeps telling me order not found. What do I do. I just go round in circles with AI.

Mentor3 weeks agoLog into your account and click on blue link given below --- opens new page > scroll down the page to Blue button > Find Guest order details and continue from there.

OP3 weeks agoThat's all I get from AI. I have an order confirmation, I view order details, I get a verification code, On entering the code I get a red box saying "Order not found"
It is very frustrating. With nobody from ebay to help. Absolutely no customer service again.
