OP4 months agoThanks all -now have a work round by going into 'revise listing' and doing it that way - the short cut still not working!

Mentor4 months agoWhich promotion are you trying to use, General or Priority?

Mentor4 months agoOnly a guess, bit it could be that that category now is ' full' of sellers promoting those items, so eBay monitor each category as to to how many they can allow. If every single application was accepted, there would be no point.
Perhaps at a later date, it may be available .
