OP11 months agoThe recall is from August 2024, a message from Ebay that I read 'late'.
I am in dialogue with the seller now...

Mentor11 months agoI'm pretty sure that recall from Aug 2024 is for another product, there is no sign at all on Google of it being recalled, and AI can't find it either.

Mentor11 months agoIf you are out of time to use ebay, see if your payment provider can help.
If it was a Business Seller you could consult Citizens advice, but it really depends on when you bought.

Mentor11 months agoIt all depends on when you purchased this item.
If within 30 days you can open a case for item not as described.... item does not match description or photos, for a full refund.
If 30 days have lapsed since purchase , you cannot claim from eBay and it's then solely between you and the seller to resolve any refund issue.
If they are a UK seller, you can report them to Trading Standards, if an international seller, little you can do.
