Dangerous product
I purchased some smart bulbs and within a few days had an email from Ebay telling me I shouldnt use them as they were found to be dangerous, this was confirmed via .gov website. I contacted the seller who was not interested and told me they are safe, eventually after quite some time seller agreed to accept return, I started a return process and the seller just simply played for time and didnt action the return request...now amazingly Ebay have closed the return and said I cant appeal as its closed. There doesnt seem any way to contact anybody and I just go around in circles....Looks like Ebay will be losing yet another regular customer !

Mentor10 months agoYou should have opened a return for item not as described and followed through with escalating to ebay when the seller got difficult.
Cases time out when not escalated.

OP10 months agohe was amazing...its all in hand now...but it did take jumping through a
few hoops 🙂
