damaged returns
Until now i havnt needed to raise a concern to an item being returned damaged but recently one of my products was returned in a terrible state but when i click on "item is damaged " i cannot deduct the cost or stop an automatic refund it simply tells me to refund the buyer . i am a business seller with a refund policy in place

Mentor10 months agoWould it have been damaged in transit, if so and buyer opened the case “Not as described, damaged in transit”, ebay would deal with the refund, not you.
