Hi does anyone know what to do when a buyer asks for a return as an item has been damaged however it wasnt damaged when i ( seller) dispatched it

If so, your buyer should open an eBay return and select the 'Arrived damaged' reason. If you used an eBay Simple Delivery label eBay should then issue them with a full refund and you keep the original payment.

OP2 weeks agoHi the buyer didnt put it as damaged in transit at first however wants to change it to damaged in transit but he cant because if he cancels the return request he cant make a new one. Whats best to do from here ?
