Damaged item with GSP
Can a buyer make a claim here as it is not my fault my ,I sent this item in a Jiffy bag with additional bubble wrap but it still got damaged item:15-14815-00004

Mentor1 month agoAs long as you used eBay's Simple Delivery postage to the UK hub ebay should issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment. Ask the buyer to open a return using "Damaged in transit" as the reason. They will not be required to send the item back.

Mentor1 month agoThe buyer can open a return via the dropdown menu arrow on the right of the item on their Purchase History page. On the return they are given reasons to choose from and one of them is "Damaged in transit".
