Damaged item not even upacked being china it is not feasable to return this how do i get a refund wi
If an older item made of pottery a chamber pot arrive totally broken, haven't undone packaging even, why do I have the hassle of returning it the small amount of money is not that much for refund, I can provide pictures as proof

Mentor2 months agoOpen a return and select the 'arrived damaged' reason.
If your seller is a private seller then eBay will handle the refund.
If your seller is a business seller then they may issue you with a pre-paid returns label or simply refund.
However, in either scenario you must open the package and provide a photo of the broken contents.

Mentor2 months agoOpen the case for item damaged in transit, if the case will not allow you to go further without sending the item back, contact CS explain it's broken glass too dangerous to post, they will suggest what to do, or even refund you there and then.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
