damaged item arrived simple
I have received my item and its been damaged in the postage system when contacting the buyer regarding this i get a automatic response from ebay
" Simple Delivery programme to post this item. For postage related questions including lost or damaged in transit"
i cant find where you access this Seller has responded saying its needs to be taken up with ebay.
you cant seem to contact them any way regarding this.

Mentor7 months agoYou just open a not as described case damaged in transit. Ebay deals with it, there is no need to contact seller.

Mentor7 months agoYou click on return this item, then select.... Does Not Match Description.
If this was a Simple Delivery transaction eBay will fully refund you without the need to return the item. If not the seller has 3 days in which either to send you a fully tracked return postage label or refund you.
If neither happens, you escalate the case on day 4, eBay step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise the seller may make, and if need be, do not forget to escalate.

They need to use the 'arrived damaged' option or ebay will pass it to the seller to deal with.
