Damaged item
I've tried contacting the seller but no response after nearly a week.
What are the options now, apparently there is a way for ebay to step in but I can't find that option.
I don't really want to return the item, I would just like 1 of the Poles replaced.

Mentor2 weeks agoebay cannot enforce replacement. If seller won't send another one you would have to return for full refund. If you started a return request within 30 days of delivery you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days. So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Return Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
