I sent an item using Simple Delivery and it was damaged in transit. How can I recover the cost of my item? It was sent using Evri but they say eBay is the carrier

Mentor11 months agoIf you used Simple Delivery , then ask the buyer to open a return case citing ' damaged in transit'.
eBay should take over the case, refund the buyer, and you get to keep the original payout.
