Damaged in the post
I have received a order which has been damaged in the post how do I go about claiming as can’t find anything it’s just about returning it but my granddaughter birthday is in 3 days

Mentor2 weeks agoYou have to make a claim for 'damaged in transit'. If it was sent using simple delivery you will get a refund without having to return it, otherwise the seller might want it back.
Simple delivery labels have 'ebay marketplace seller' on them.
