Damaged dress not described on listing
Hi
I bought a prom dress, it arrived but there were 5 big holes on the dress that the seller didn't list them on the item description. I contacted her but no answer. I do not want a refund but want her to pay for me to have the damages fixed. What shall I do next as she has not answered.

Mentor5 months agoYou can get a refund easily enough, but there is no way to make seller pay for repairs.
You should open a Not as described case, seller provides reply paid label and on return refunds in full.
It is possibly that seller could refund without requiring return.
Once opened if no response from seller after 3 days you can escalate to ebay. Ebay may force a refund without requiring return.

Mentor5 months agoThat only applies to "change of mind" returns. Buyers are always entitled to full refund if it not as described.

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
