damage return request without proper pictures

Hi I have a return request for items damaged in th post, the Buyer sent two poictires both of the envelope the items were sent in but not a picture of the item damaged itself, I have requested 3 or 4 times for a image of the damaged items but no response eBay have just accepted the return and asked my to refund or send a return envelope? how can I get eBay to get proper images

It's not possible to insist on a particular image, so your options here are to accept the return and issue a pre-paid returns label, or to simply refund if low value and not worth the cost of the return.

how can I get eBay to get proper images You can't, and it would make no difference if you did. As has been said, eBay gives sellers little option other than to refund buyers when a case has been opened, and to send them a prepaid return label if they want their item back. Once returned and refunded, there should be an option to appeal. However, the system is heavily weighted against the seller as eBay never sees the item concerned and generally seems to take the buyer's word against the seller's for faults.
