Damage in post
Posted an item using eBay simple delivery option, item arrived to purchaser broken. I can not contact anyone to sort it. Evri sent a link to a claim form, twice but link does not work. Can not get to speak to anyone?

Mentor4 months agoAs a seller you should keep up with changes to the Money Back Guarantee, saves asking questions about the basics of selling.

OP4 months agoI was trying to sort it for the buyer as he was getting no help from Evri. He asked me for advice and I asked on here as I did not know the answer!!

Mentor4 months agoAsk buyer to open a return using "damaged in delivery". eBay will then issue refund themselves and you keep payment. Item does not have to be sent back.
