Customs tax id
Its my first time sending a parcel from UK to Denmark, the parcel contains 5kf of copper. Now ebay tracking is showing that the parcel is being held in Nederland customer awaiting tax id or duty fee or something like that from the receiver. I am not sure what to do about it, i've tried contacting the customer but i've received no response. Also i forgot to update the return address before I sent it and im unable to retrieve the parcel from that address if it gets returned. I need some advice.
