Customs Fees
Hi,I recently purchased a watch from the USA which unfortunately had to return as the strap was faulty.When the item arrived in the UK initially I had to pay just over £70 in Customs Duties.This I was expecting however the watch was faulty on receipt ,subsequently returned & I have been refunded the cost of the watch plus postage fees.Could anyone advise how I can get the £70 plus Customs Fees refunded please ? Mentor6 months agoGoogle for HMRC import duty refunds. You can apply online on the HMRC website.
