customers cn't but
Hi
hope you can help . my customers reporting that they can't buy the item . it has option to buy button but once you press it says - 'you can't purchase this item from our app. add to your wish list

Mentor6 months ago@techtill it's because of the app restriction on digitally delivered items. It's picking up digital from your title and blocking it. It's in place because of Apple’s App Store policies, which require app purchases of digital items to use their payment system so ebay block them on the app but their AI detection is very poor.

Mentor6 months agoThe app is sometimes fraught with temp. glitches. there is a current one that some are experiencing.
See if they can try to buy your item on a laptop / PC and advise to try Chrome, those combos seems to work well with eBay.
