Customer wanted item posted not delivered added postage to his invoice but how do I get the payment
Customer wanted item sent to him which I was happy to do so added the postage to his invoice but when he paid there was no address so had to ask him then I find that unless he puts a code which he has been given when he collects I don't get the money. I am not happy sending him the item if ebay are not going to release the money. How can I sort this out.

Mentor11 months agoAs money is now released within 24 hours, it should make no difference. The code is merely to prove delivery, money being released within 24 hours should still apply.
Release of money is no longer geared to delivery, I have had money released before I post, which I do by next day, in fact have had money released on same day as purchase.
