customer support keep leaving the chat
hello, i bought an item and i didnt get it i opened a case and then i decided that i want to wait i waited for a long time then i want to open a case again it was not possible.
i contacted ebay support and each time they left the chat after checking i contacted like 4 people that should help me stayed in chat for 40 mintues and they kept leaving one after the other after checking???

·8 months agoOf course the Customer Service agents should not leave the chat but they can't help you with this issue.
If you open a case for non-delivery but then choose to close it, or it closes because a long time has passed, you can't open another case.
You could try to claim from your payment provider - generally, you get 120 days to make a claim for a not received item from your bank.
(You have posted in the UK forum and my advice applies to the UK.)
