Hi. Does anyone know how to speak to somebody at Ebay.
Trying to sort out an issue with voucher not applied at checkout but going round in circles.

Mentor2 weeks agoTo save you some time before contacting CS, those vouchers do have a few T & C's. It's often for amounts over £50, it has a short timeframe for validity, and sometimes has to be clicked on at eBay checkout, found left hand side and has to be done before paying.
If you still wish to contact Customer Services, it's not easy to get a live agent, but go to Help & Contact top left of your eBay homepage, and keep typing in... speak to an agent , it can take quite a few attempts!
Best times are around 8 a.m. on weekdays when there's more chance of Dublin answering.
