how do you get to speak to customer services
says my bank details aren't correct but won't let me add new card. says i need to add new before deleting old but again won't let me. help!!

Mentor1 week agoTo add to the correct advice given, which device are you using? If the app you'll need a laptop / PC for this, and try Chrome that works well with eBay.

Mentor1 week agoCheck that your account setup is updated to include valid UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website Banks) on file in order to send, receive and request payments using these links> --- Best use a PC/Laptop to make the changes --- can take a few days to verify >
