Mentor6 months agoIf a case is opened to get a refund, if seller does not deal with case within 3 days, it is up to you the buyer, to escalate and ebay forces a refund.
What have you done, and have you followed procedure? Speaking to ebay is not necessary, if you follow correct procedure.

Mentor6 months agoSeemingly the Call Back option has disappeared and we're waiting to hear if this is a temporary glitch or permanent.
Probably quicker to come back here and explain exactly what happened, which case was opened, was it opened on time, escalated on time, etc. someone here then can hopefully help you.
