Customer care phone number required
Paid for an item two months ago, that has not been delivered.I need the phone number to speak to a human being.Not AI or the screen.
EBay blocks me on reporting.Why is this been made so difficult.
Never used to be like this.

Mentor3 weeks agoAs advised too late to contact eBay as they have a 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy.
Turn now to your payment provider for help with your refund, most offer a 120 day buyer protection policy.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the item was due more than 30 days ago you are too late to use the ebay money back guarantee so no point in contacting ebay.
