Customer aftre 5 months send me turbo for investigation and turbo was hitted by the carbon from the engine we sended pictures and customer confirmed and was agree on the phone that we will accept mu godwill gesture and we can repair this turbo for free labour becouse we dont accept warranty is carno kill turbo. After 4 days customer chsnge his mind and is not agree with out decision and he said that want another one for free ar full refund. Customer said that will open Dispute and he will contact ebay and paypal to get his money back. We dont try avoid any warranty warranty and we have all proofs pictures and turbocharger in my garage and all was ok just customer change his mind and not keep his Word so now we also dont want go with goodwill gesture and turbo will not be fixed for parts only. How we can sort this? we will also ask for help paypal but I can not report this customer becouse it was over 90 days on ebay. can you help? ebay will refund payment back?
