I sold an item on eBay, and they arranged for it to be collected from my home. However, the courier did not show up. What do I do, as I have no way of contacting the courier How do I speak with a human on eBay

When you say ' they' do you mean the buyer arranged collection? Then, send them a message explaining what has happened.
If you arranged this courier, then contact the courier service not eBay.
