Custom postage options no longer available

Hi, I'm trying to list a vinyl record for £2.80. My item is under 100g. In the past with similar items I have always been able to select Custom Postage, and Add Primary Service. From the drop down list I can choose Large Letter Second Class. There are no longer postage options. I get this message.
"There aren't any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat postage."
What is going on please?

There are several other threads of this nature too. If you set up a postage policy it may give you a work around until its fixed.
