Custom Postage Option disappeared
Has anyone else been limited by the Simple delivery roll out? I have had a couple of large items I wanted to list which would normally be DPD or Parcel Force but had the 'computer says no' situation with no option for a large parcel.

Mentor5 days agoThis is frustrating, and yes others have come across this.
Try changing the category or sub category for your item, this sometimes brings up the necessary Custom postage.
