custom postage issues
Hello
while listing a few records this morning (each less than £10 all in) I've been faced with "There aren't any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat postage."
this is a new issue as I've been listing all week with no problems .

OP3 weeks agowell its still only accepting listings if you use simple delivery....have ebay now turned off custom postage ?

Mentor3 weeks agoNo they haven't there is a known problem which still needs to be fixed.

Mentor3 weeks agoI have the same problem. Partially got round if by using list similar and so long as The postage is the same, it works.
If I want to change the postage I get the same nonsense message you quote.
