Custom postage issue
When using the Custom postage for large letters I keep getting this message "There aren't any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat postage." will only let me select eBay simple postage option. Tried several things no change anyone had the same problem?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you read the boards plenty have. If you set up a postage policy it seems to be a workaround until the problem is fixed.
