Custom Postage
Summary: make-my-day-357 is experiencing issues with the 'Custom Postage' option on eBay, which is not allowing the addition of a primary service for items under £20. kat@ebay responded by confirming that a technical issue has been identified and a ticket has been opened to resolve it. I am a long serving "private seller" (I also buy too much) which feeds my selling "hobby".
Is there a problem with the CUSTOM POSTAGE at the moment or have I missed yet more bloody changes on eBay??
For my Blu-rays that I list at below £20.00 I prefer choosing Custom Postage.
The option is showing but it will not allow me to "add primary service" - why is this when it was OK last week?
Has something changed OR is there yet another bloody fault on the eBay system?
Any help will be appreciated,

Providing an update that tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. You may need to do a quick clear of the caches and cookies or refresh of your browser and then try again.
