Custom Postage
Problem adding postage, I get this come up, which does not make any sense to me
“There aren't any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat postage.”
I can list similar with same postage, but if I change the start price that is what I get and unable to complete listing.

Mentor3 weeks agoI've just DM'd you John I can replicate that error and accross various categories as well as the one you kindly sent me. The freepost bit of its not working either. (eg buyer pays)

Mentor3 weeks agoI presume start price is under £20 and its all large letter/letter sized bits?
Not sure what they mean to flat postage does it allow you to custom or not?

MentorOP3 weeks agoYes, all conform to requirements for using custom postage. Flat Postage seems to make no difference, all my postage is 2nd Class Large letter for which I charge £1.65.
Another similar question came up yesterday so it is not just me.
